Option Two: Foundation Chartered Manager (Three-Month Training Programme) (£450)
After completing the online workshop, you will have membership of CMI with access to exclusive benefits and resources in order to extend your learning in three key areas related to the Bitesized Topic. The resources include a mix of practical tools, case studies, checklists, videos and real world insights to give you an even deeper understanding of the topic.
You will follow a programme of study for each key area in your own time and at your own pace over the course of a month, completing some quick activities to assess your understanding of the topic. You will also complete a self-assessment before and after each programme to benchmark how far you have developed your understanding. Once you have completed each month long programme, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement from CMI to showcase your skills.
After you have completed a programme of study for all of the three key areas, you will also receive Foundation Chartered Manager status.
What is Foundation Chartered Manager?
Foundation Chartered Manager is a professional status for aspiring or early career managers; recognising your existing skills and knowledge and putting you on the first step towards full Chartered Manager status.
Assessed against CMI’s Professional Standard, Foundation Chartered Manager demonstrates you have the foundation skills needed to be an effective manager and are committed to further developing those skills to deliver better business results.

Topping up to a Professional Qualification
The Foundation Chartered Manager courses have been designed to be flexible and minimise any disruption to work/life balance. However, it is recognised that some learners may want to do more, which is why all courses are aligned to the Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. So, if after completing the three-month training programme, you choose to progress to the Level 5 Operational Manager Apprenticeshop (OMA) or even the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeshop (CMDA), you will find that the work you have completed will support you in evidencing some of the standards.
